Durango, Colorado

On our way to Texas we stopped in Durango for a couple of days to tour the town and ride the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Train. The girls were excited as the conductor came by to punch their tickets.

The twins admired the scenery with Grand Nan and PaPa.

Mommy and girls waiting to go.

Beautiful scenery out the window of the train.
The family waits for the train to leave in their open air car.

From Left to Right: Back Row - Andrew Stocker, Grand Nan, Misty, PaPa Carl. Front Row - Emily, Abigail, Elizabeth.

We learned in the museum that the train used to carry Idaho Potatoes.

One of my dad's clients rented this small little cabin in the woods to us. Must be nice. (It was nice).

Horse statues in down town Durango.
